This report presents findings from a UK-wide survey by CAIPE and Glasgow Caledonian University, examining training and support for those facilitating pre-registration interprofessional education (IPE). Drawing on responses from 41 institutions offering IPE, it highlights gaps in formal facilitator development across academic and practice settings. It explores barriers to training, essential facilitation skills and priorities for support, and sets out ten recommendations relating to IPE provision, faculty development and CAIPE’s future activities.
