This mini-guide is designed to help you to understand how development as a collaborative worker is guided and assessed through the use of the Interprofessional Capability Framework. This Framework was originally devised through one of the research projects conducted by health and social care practitioners and educators working in the Combined Universities Interprofessional Unit (CUILU) 2004. CUILU was a three-year project funded by the Department of Health and was a collaborative unit between Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield.
