CAIPE is launching a new online series bringing our community of practice together to share experience, build connections and strengthen interprofessional education and collaborative practice.
CAIPE Connects will launch on 21 October 2026, with an open invitation to members and non-members to meet the community and discover how to get involved.
CAIPE brings members together in a community of practice dedicated to a collaborative future and better health outcomes for all. Through CAIPE Connects, we will create a welcoming space to learn from one another’s experiences and develop ideas we can take into our own settings.
Build connections. Share experience. Develop ideas.
Whether you are developing interprofessional learning, supporting collaborative practice or bringing services together, CAIPE Connects will offer opportunities to:
- Build your network: meet colleagues across professions, organisations and sectors, and find people with shared interests.
- Learn with, from and about others: exchange approaches, resources and insights from education, research and practice.
- Explore practical challenges: bring questions, share work in progress and discuss what has helped others.
- Find opportunities to collaborate: connect around shared interests in education, practice, research or service development.
- Shape the community: suggest topics, contribute your experience and help identify what members would find useful.
Members’ questions, interests and experiences will help shape the series as it develops. Our aim is to build relationships and shared learning that continue beyond individual sessions, helping us turn insight into action together.
A community across education, research and practice
We welcome educators, researchers and practitioners from universities, the NHS and other healthcare settings, social care, neighbourhood and community teams, and voluntary organisations. Students, trainees, people who use services and carers are warmly invited too.
You may describe your work as interprofessional education, collaborative practice, integrated care or neighbourhood working. If helping people learn and work together matters to you, we would welcome your perspective.
